Roxanne recently graduated, gaining a BA(Hons) degree in Applied Arts, where she specialised in glass. She has always been interested in combining art with science and she does this in her glass work by using geometrical shapes, angular forms and lines. Colour also plays a large role in her pieces and they are usually very bold and Vibrant.
In her fused glass pieces she focuses on how the colours can be transmitted by light, where as her dichroic glass jewellery allows her to concentrate on patterns within the pieces.
There are constantly changing displays of Roxannes work in the gallery, including small tea light holders, wall hangers, centre pieces, plates and an extensive and popular range of dichroic glass and sterling silver jewellery.
