Living in Keswick, in the heart of the Lake District for over 35 years, this part of England has been a major inspiration to me as an artist. This Landscape and it’s climates stirs my soul and I am simply compelled to express my senses through painting.

Self taught, I have the freedom to explore and experiment with different media and my work has evolved over time to now finding a state of no-mind. The state of no-mind where the artist “channels” the source of energy of what ever is being painted in the purest most honest way.

I use paint and canvas to convey the atmosphere of my own memory, emotions and experience of a moment. The Earth leaves impressions on all of our lives.
